The main difference between this and idea 3 is that the numbers are food shaped to represent them rather than just symbolising them. This is my favourite idea for my campaign so far. I will use it as a poster, or as an animation, and will have to consider what else to include on it. If I used it as an animation, the hands would move to prevent confusion about what the time featured on the clock actually represented, and if I chose this idea then it could be featured on the B.A.N.E.S website. My recycling representative explained that their existing campaigns used the colour scheme blue for general recycling and green for food recycling. I decided I am going to stick to this, so that my poster has some form of continuity with the rest of their advertisement and does not seem random and unprofessional. I will include the taglines 'Love Food Hate Waste' as this is a broad campaign that BANES support, and 'Time To Recycle Food' which is my own addition. I do not what the advertisement to appear too cluttered, so I am trying to keep it basic so that the meaning is not lost.
I have decided to keep this idea as one of my finals as I feel it is the most professional and the easiest to understand. I feel the clock idea as a pizza is overcrowded and may confuse the public, and the strawberry idea may be over simplified, causing the same issues. I feel this idea is better than the original, as if I had just left it as the numbers being symbolised by food it seems too informal, whereas this idea has the right balance of formality and seems professional and well executed.

This is a strong idea. The image links well with your slogan and the final product should get the message across clearly.
